Hitachi introduces new higher-efficiency HFC134a centrifugal chillers.
Please select standard type(14% improvement over the conventional models) or higher efficiency type(22%
improvement over the conventional models) to consider your usage or space. These efficiency improvements
have been achieved by our advanced technology producing reduced flow loss of HFC134a refrigerant gas, lowered
energy loss in the rotating body and the motor's electrical circuits, and by the use of a 2-step economizer
cycle. |
| 1. Ozone Layer Protection and Global Warming Prevention |
| -Use of HFC134a refrigerant having an ozone depletion potential of zero. Energy saving
with higher-efficiency centrifugal chillers. |
| 2. Consistent Down-Sizing and High Efficiency |
| -High-pressure HFC134a refrigerant enables downsizing and weight reduction of the rotating
body components in comparison with the conventional low-pressure CFC11 or HCFC123 refrigerant types.
Consequently, the energy loss caused by rotation can be reduced for consistent downsizing and high
efficiency to be achived. |
| 3. Energy Saving Run Throughout The Year |
| -Hitachi's unique capacity control mechanism allows energy-saving run throughout the
year by stable capacity control in a wide range. |
| 4. Microcomputer Panel Provides Exact Operational Status. |
